  • Adult Mental Health First Aid -  a 8-hour course for anyone 18 years or older, educating particpants on mental health related problems and crisis.Participants wil learn how to respond to a crisis through role play to help build skills needed to assess and intervene.Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.​​The course is available in both English and Spanish and directed by the National Council for Behavorial Health.Course participants come from a variety of backgrounds from various roles within the community.
  • Youth Mental Health First Aid - a course designed for those who frequently engages with adolescents ages 12-18 experiencing mental health related problems or during a crisis.The course will inform adults of youth related mental health challenges, adolescent development and a five step action plan on how to respond to a crisis and non-crisis situation.Topics covered include anxiety, depression, susbtance use, psychosis, disruptive behavior disorders, and eating disorders.
  • NAMI Family-To-Family  - a 12-week course class for families, partners, and friends  that have expericenced mental illness. The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, empowering them to become advocates for their family members. This program was designated as an evidence-based program by SAMHSA. The course is also available in Spanish, De Familia a Familia de NAMI.
